What this site does
Pointless.click provides a red-button interaction, a life-wasted estimate and a certificate generator. You can use these features without creating an account.
Button presses and statistics
When the worldwide counter is configured, accepted button presses are stored with a server-generated timestamp so genuine time-period totals can be calculated. The service may process the requesting network address briefly for rate limiting. Personal button totals are stored in your browser's local storage and are not sent as a personal profile. If the backend is unavailable, a press may remain only in your local total.
Calculator and certificates
Life-calculator values are processed in your browser and aren't sent to our server. Certificate names and design choices are also handled in your browser. If you explicitly copy or share a certificate link, its URL includes the name and achievement you chose; anyone you send that link to can see those details. No public gallery is created by this site.
Optional analytics
If analytics are configured, they remain off unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent prompt. If enabled, the analytics provider can receive page and interaction events to help us understand use of the site. Choosing “Only necessary” keeps optional analytics off. You can clear your browser's local storage to reset your choice; the prompt will return on a later visit.
Advertising
Advertising is not assumed to be active. If advertising is added in the future, this policy and the consent choices will be updated to explain relevant providers, cookies and processing before those tools are activated.
Storage and control
Local storage is used for your personal click total and, where applicable, analytics consent. Clear site data in your browser to remove these local items. You can decline optional analytics at any time by clearing the saved consent choice and selecting “Only necessary” when prompted.
